How can we develope better communication in the feild

I think being able to communicate in the field will help make us more efficient.

This is what I am going to try. I ordered one of these to see how it works.
It is like a cb radio mic but its bluetooth. It also has a headphone out jack so you can listen to music without being wired to your phone. It works with push to talk apps like (Voxer play dot google dot com/store/apps/details?id=com dot rebelvox.voxer&hl=en ) It is supposed to work good in noisy environments like factories.
